Was tested by a herniated disc? The drive to start to put pressure on the nerves and alter their bowel and bladder function. It is often very painful and most people also get referred pain in the legs. It may be the leg, only calves, such as numbness or tingling, or appear in the foot.

Stay away from hot springs. Back pain is usually associated with inflammation, which is too hot. Add a warm bath, and you will feel much worse, shortly after leaving the pool. If your back is causing the problem, please send an MD from physical therapy. Take a look around at a clinic with a reputation and find a therapist experienced in the spine and has training in manual medicine. The problems of the spine can cause a variety of other symptoms such as headaches, rib or abdominal pain, indigestion, and yes, at irregular intervals.
