I Have Salt On My Gums Rinsing With Salt Water Good For Gums?

Rinsing with salt water good for gums? - i have salt on my gums

Ok, so I have good brushing and flossing once a day if they atleast I DONT drink and rarely drink pop juice.but think it's a good idea to rinse salt water from time to time, only good for the gums. My gums are not swollen or anything
