How do i change house deeds from Joint tenants in common to sole owner? - changing house deeds

Hey guys, just bought a house with my girlfriend of 5 years, but only to tell me who wants to secede. Since she has no money at home, you're glad to be away from me with the facts and the sole owner. How can we do?

Consult a lawyer, and they will sign the documents, and I swear I will not further pursue a future economic benefit that you can do on the property. It will not cost much and should be legal.

Well, I'm sorry, but you will not be able to do for yourself, you have to ask around and a good adviser, someone who can be found in written form of the house that specializes something that is not on the cheap tour can be made.

Submit a quitclaim deed in the prefecture of the circle. You will sign with a witness and notary public - check with the courthouse to see if you have 2 witnesses and a notary public - need some places have different requirements.
